“Speaking City” is a radio information and sound orientation system that increases the accessibility of urban and transport infrastructure. With its help, the following can move independently in the urban environment: the blind and visually impaired, people with musculoskeletal disorders, including wheelchair users; elderly people, representatives of other groups of the population with limited mobility and foreign tourists.
