Irkutsk Polymer Plant (IPP) is the first polyethylene production plant in Eastern Siberia that will be supplied with its own raw materials. IPP is part of a gas-chemical cluster, which includes the creation of a system of enterprises for the extraction, processing, transportation, and conversion of gas into a high value-added product.
